  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I have no Parsonage or Vicarage House fit for a Clergyman to reside in. I reside at New College in Oxford. I have a Curate <whose name is Richard Freke> resident in the adjoining Parish, with a Salary of Thirty-five Pounds. I have no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice, with Cure of Souls.

  3. Divine service at other churches: My Curate doth perform Divine Service in his own Church at Clannaborough, about a mile & half from Down St. Mary

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice on the Lord's Day with a Sermon in the morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administerd four Times in ye year; and the Number of Communicants are about Thirty five.

  6. Catechising of children: The Children are generally catechised in the Summer-time, and Lectures are read upon the Catechism.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancell are in good Repair, & the Church yard is well kept. All Things are decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have no Terrier of the Glebe Lands & Houses, but will endeavour to have one made & deliver'd in at the Visitation.

  9. Number of families: I have about forty two Families in my Parish.

  10. Chapels: I have no Chapel within my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have no Reputed Papist in my Parish, nor a Meeting House for Dissenters of any Denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have no publick or other School in my Parish, nor Alms-House, Hospital, Charitable Endowment, or parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There are no Lands, Tenements, or other Benefactions left for any pious & charitable Uses.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Institution papers bear Date ye 5th of February 1763, & I was ordained Priest ye 6th of June 1762.
